Make your own palm cross

In the event that you don't have any palm fronds to spare, two centimetre-wide strips, cut from the long side of some printer paper, and sticky taped together, will work too.  Taper the sides of one of the A4 strips  gently.  You could even use green and brown colouring pencils to add verisimilitude.  That's mine, in the picture to the right.
