During the summer months of April to September, the church is normally open everyday 11-1pm and 2-4pm thanks to a large group of volunteers . There is a steady flow of visitors who are always very appreciative at finding the door open and a friendly face to welcome them with a little history of the building.
People come for many reasons. Some visitors are locals people just popping in perhaps to reflect on an anniversary, some are hikers following the South Bucks Way, some may be overseas visitors exploring the area while others may have made a special trip to Chalfont St Giles to perhaps re-visit the place where they were married or maybe to view the 14th century wall paintings in the south aisle.
Whatever the reason visitors are always welcome.
